Lely Island Estates is located in the eastern third of Lely Resort. The neighborhood features 145 single family homes built along the Flamingo golf course. Most homes have outstanding lake and/or golf course views. The homesites are larger than in most other Lely Resort neighborhoods. Home sizes range between 2,500 and over 4,000 Sq.Ft. and the majority features private pools. Home prices start at approximately $540,000 and some exceed $1,000,000. Construction in Lely Island Estates started in the 1990's and only a few vacant lots are left in Lely Island Estates for new homes.

For most properties you can choose if you want to join the -->Players Club - a great magnet for owners and tenants alike. However, for some of the homes membership to the Players Club is mandatory.
